Please note: We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or price information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud department.

Age verification

To continue on this site, you must verify that you are over 18 years of age. You must affirm that viewing, downloading or receiving explicit sexual material does not violate the norms or laws of your community, it will be kept out of the reach of minors such material, that you believe in your constitutional right to see these materials, that you will be responsible for any deviated that may arise from the reception and display of these materials.

Pending orders

Orders are shipped normally. Out-of-stock items are deducted from invoices and no collection is made if they were not sent.

Orders are made only by credit card.

Tax / sales tax

Currently, sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Washington, Texas, and Tennessee.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are discreetly packaged in unmarked boxes or envelopes, with the sender listed as "A Touch Of Amour".

Orders are shipped through FedEx Ground unless an alternative method is contracted or FedEx Ground is not available to deliver to your address. Orders to PO Boxes and APO / FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Express Mail.

Processing and shipping time is 3 business days (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any order placed after 5:00 am. PT will be processed the next business day.

Orders over $ 200 require a signature upon delivery to protect against lost or stolen packages. If you can't sign your package please let us know (touchofamourla2019@gmail.com or (310) 371-6306).

Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS and can take anywhere from 5 business days to 2 weeks, depending on destination. By clicking the "Buy" button, buyers acknowledge full responsibility for complying with their country's laws, customs regulations, taxes and duties.

The products we sell are for personal use, for this reason, we do NOT accept changes of any kind or satisfaction returns.

Defective items will have a period of 20 business days after purchase to make an exchange. If it is outside the 20 business day period and the item has a manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer directly for replacement.

If I buy online or can't visit our store; Changes for the same item or the same value can be processed by contacting atouchofamourla2019@gmail.com.

Unused lingerie items with manufacturer labels still attached can be resized. No cash refunds are made, balances will be applied to a gift card for future purchases.

Many of our products have extended warranties covered by the manufacturer. Customers with defective items purchased outside of our 30-day policy will be directed to the appropriate supplier.

We regret that we cannot refund original shipping costs. These will be refunded if the error was ours. Gift cards are not refundable.
